MEET David
David is Allen North’s version of the resident mechanic. He provides all forms of internal systems and maintenance that keep us running smoothly. He develops systems and oversees our checklists. From rental application to software, he has us covered.
David has a diverse career background. He started early in loan processing, worked in I.T. and moved into event planning. Before Allen North, he was the backbone in administrating a Portland non-profit. David is our wine enthusiast and his off time is spent enjoying local wineries. He’s also our media pop-culture analyst and comic-con enthusiast, making a pilgrimage to New York or San Diego annually for the event.
MEET GINA
Gina covers all aspects of the property management process. She is great at knowing who’s where and what needs to happen. She’s the organizer and the camp counselor.
With a background in customer service and all aspects of restaurant management, she is great at seeing many things at once. Over a decade of owning a property management company has given her an even broader range of experience and know-how in the rental market. She will work to protect your investment and keep it running smoothly. If Gina isn’t in the office she’s taking in some live music or enjoying whatever travel opportunity she can. That said, her perfect day is still an afternoon on the paddleboard with a picnic and a book.
MEET SCOTT
Scott is Allen North’s “boots on the ground” guy. He’s our first responder and our people person. With over thirty years in restaurant general management and property management, we look to him to solve the oddest problem and smooth the biggest wrinkle. He’s got some great stories about the worst moments in property management and most of them have happy endings.
Scott can manage the current direction of your investment or work with you to create a new strategy for the productivity of the property. He is a strong operations and systems professional. In Scott’s off time he can be found fine-tuning a current project. Whether it's a bike, a remote control car, or the newest passion, he's a real-life version of the kid with the science kit. He'll also happily take in a concert or head to the woods for the weekend.
